Just edit that into where it is wrong.
The Zombie had good lines and decent shading, just needed to remove the black outline. The Pirate was, I'm sorry to say, downright awful. Very square, shading was bad, it was hard to discern what it was meant to be. I'm a fairly decent spriter myself, so I can say this in confidence.
